I confirm that I have nominated FORWARD PHARMACY as my nominated pharmacy for dispensing prescriptions issued by the NHS Electronic Prescription Service.

Please allow 2 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) before collecting items from your nominated Pharmacy.
